What makes CCI so special?
Creative Conception, Inc. (CCI) is a full-service, boutique agency offering both Surrogacy and Egg Donation programs that provides personalized attention at all times. Every team member at CCI is a former Intended Parent, Surrogate, Egg Donor, or Mental Health Professional so we can relate to every aspect of the journey and have a true passion for helping others build their families. CCI has been in business for 26 years and works with over 50 clinics nationally and internationally. CCI works with everyone regardless of ethnicity, marital status, or sexual orientation.

What is the process to become a Surrogate?
At Creative Conception, Inc., we educate Surrogates on the IVF process and the surrogacy timeline and commitment. Surrogates apply and complete an initial phone screening; CCI then requests OB and prenatal records for each delivery. While CCI is reviewing a Surrogate’s records, the Surrogate completes her profile which is something that will be shared with Intended Parents in the matching process. Once records are approved, CCI schedules a Zoom or in-person interview with the Surrogate to review her profile, walk through the journey steps in detail, go over the transfer medications, and any answer any questions she may have.

What are the steps in a Surrogate Journey for the Intended Parents?
Creative Conception, Inc. and Intended Parent(s) have a consultation to go over our process and to discuss their preferences for their Surrogate. Based on the consultation, CCI shares Surrogate profile(s) that could be a great fit for the Intended Parent(s) and shares the Intended Parent(s)’ profile with respective Surrogates. When Intended Parents and a Surrogate both express interest, the lines of communication are opened for them to get to know each other. If both parties decide to move forward, CCI facilitates a “Match Meeting” in person, when possible, or via Zoom to further get to know each other and to go over expectations for the legal contract. From there, their journey begins.

What guidance does CCI provide its Intended Parents and Surrogates throughout the journey? Intended Parent(s) and Surrogates will have a dedicated Case Manager walking them through every step of the journey. Additionally, CCI provides Intended Parents and Surrogates with a support program throughout their journey.
