Postpartum specific conversations, movement and journaling to reconnect with your body
Postpartum movement and reflection come together in this class to provide the connection to yourself, your body, and your community that we all need after having a baby!
Postpartum Specific Yoga: Modifcations will be provided so that you are able to move in a way that makes your body feel good and refreshed
Journaling: Various prompts will be given by our yoga instructor to help you reflect and connect to your body and mind. If you have a journal, please bring. If not, paper will provided
Conversation: This class is open to all , whether they are 5 weeks or 5 years postpartum, so the conversations that will occur will be inclusive of all parenting styles and experiences
