Our prenatal yoga classes are taught by a skilled instructor that can help guide your body and mind through this special experience by providing a safe space to move your body.
Two class formats to fit your schedule:
In Person Group Classes: Classes will be held in our South Durham office for 1 hour with a quick check in and the remaining time for movement. The instructor will take your feedback during check-in into account and provide you with personalized modifications, where necessary throughout the class.
1:1 In Office Private Appointment: If you’re looking for private yoga class that focus solely on you then the private in-office option would be great for you. These classes are geared towards personalized 1:1 yoga in the comfort of your own home that is tailored specifically to your needs and trimester. The teacher will be able to properly adjust positions, provide on the spot modifications and be there to answer any of your questions.
