Monthly Group Class
Our group classes are informative and interactive with hands-on practice to supplement the evidence-based information provided by the instructor. Taught by a Certified Infant Feeding Instructor, you will learn about breastfeeding/chestfeeding, pumping techniques, bottle feeding, hand expression, formula use, and when is the right time for it all.
Topics include:
Light introduction of historical context of breast/chestfeeding
How to understanding feeding cues
Hands-on practice with feeding positions, paced bottle feeding, burping, hand expression, and pumping techniques
Common issues and where to turn for support

Monthly group classes: $150 for birthing person + support person
Private Classes: Based on your needs and your preferred location, an in office private class is $60/hour and in home is $75/hour
